Flip Clock SuperTile [Release]

I am releasing a SuperTile that is my take on the old HTC Sense Flip Clock. This will require you to use the beta channel until the new clock is added to the public.

How to build your Flip Clock SuperTile

  1. Edit your dashboard theme and add a new style called “flip-clock” with no quote marks.

  2. Copy css from the supplied file into your theme.

  3. Create a new SuperTile that is 1 x 6.

This is where you must add the items in the correct order, you will not need to resize any of the
    you’re going to add.

  4. Time to start adding the items to your tile. ( you may have to move the objects around so you can touch them to edit it)

    1. Static Icon - assign - flip_clock_bg1 - adjust font size to 100%
    2. Static icon - assign - flip_clock_bg2 - adjust font size to 100%
    3. Other - Date/Time - Edit Tile - Custom - Date / Time / Format - hh mm
    4. Static icon - assign - flip_clock_center - adjust font size to 100%
    5. Static icon - assign - flip_clock_center - adjust font size to 100%
    6. Other - Date/Time - Edit Tile - Select - December 28th (MMMM Do)
    7. Other - Date/Time - Edit Tile - Select - Wednesday (dddd)
    8. Other - Date/Time - Edit Tile - Select - 12/28/2022 (M/D/YYYY)
    9. Other - Date/Time - Edit Tile - Custome - Date / Time / Format - A
  5. Save the SuperTile

  6. Add SuperTile to the DashBoard. It will look funny. (IMPORTANT! Since we are overriding the overflow to have the contents of the tile flow outside its container it may get in the way of you touching other tiles. I suggest you place it at the top of your dashboard.)

  7. Edit the tile on the dashboard and assign the style to it.
(Attribute - nothing selected) (Operator - !=) (Target - none (yes the word none))

  8. Save and enjoy the Flip Clock SuperTile

Maybe you should make a feature request to turn the supertile into a shareable/downloadable widget.

Could be the start of a Widget feature…

Nice work!
