This could sound like a “nice to have” enhancement, being able to define what color shall the label text be - but it in the case of a bright/white tile background the label would not be seen, so it makes this ability a real necessity.
Setting label color shall be available whenever there is ability to set the tile’s background color, so even if tile’s color changes, its label color can be changed respectively.
