Is the icon on the right a custom icon? It likely has the white color hard-coded. If it’s in SVG format, you might be able to run it through the SVG stripper as noted here:

Icons that are uploaded typically use an <img> tag to be displayed… that includes complex SVGs with color as well as all other image types like PNG, JPEG, etc.

If you upload a ‘simple’ SVG file with no fill properties set (eg. a single color), it gets embedded inline using an <svg> tag and it can inherit theme colors as noted in the Custom Icons FAQ:

How can I upload icons that change with my tile colors?
If you upload an SVG file that has no fill properties set on it, the system is able to embed the SVG inline and can apply colors from your Theme Styles to the image.

You can try running your SVG through the SVG Stripper before uploading it to SharpTools to remove fill and stroke properties and enable the SVG to have tile colors applied to it.
