I have a few different devices throughout the house from motion sensors to thermostats to contact sensors that all have temperature sensing built in to them. My alexa is able to take all the temperature values from these and give an average temperature of the house. Is there a way for us to do the same in the form of a tile?

Have you checked this yet? Johnconstantelo created a smart app to average multiple temp sensor into a virtual temp device. You can then create a tile using this virtual temp device to show the average temperature.
