Devices not working from dashboard (smartthings)

I get ‘error sending command’ when clicking on any tile on my dashboard (also Amazon Alexa scenes are not working). The tiles do, however, update their status when devices are operated from the smartthings app. Any pointers please?

Try reauthorizing your SmartThings connection.

Have you tried reauthorizing your SmartThings connection?

1. Open your SharpTools.io User Page
2. Tap Manage Connections
3. Select SmartThings
4. Follow the prompts

Strange how SmartThings deauthorised SharpTools and Alexa at the same time …
