Hi @Bethel_Lane, I might have missed something, but why do you need the Entry Door Sim in this case? How about creating two separate rules like screenshots below to keep the logic simpler?
Rule 1: Alarm Siren with 30 seconds delay (Like the old fashion way)
Rule 2: Whenever the Alarm is disarmed, turn off the siren. ( I have the STHM Sim Switches PIN protected in the dashboard, so it works like the old fashion alarm too - I just need to tap “disarm” to turn off the siren.)
