My Full Kiosk browser is suddenly displaying the ghost character with a dashboard not found message. I can navigate to the dashboard link and launch it from there though?
If you can navigate to the dashboard within the same Fully Kiosk Browser (FKB) instance, I would try setting your Start URL in FKB again.
If you have the Advanced Web Settings → Enable JavaScript Interface setting enabled in Fully Kiosk Browser, you’ll also see a Set as Start URL option in the ... menu from the dashboard list.

That fixed it, I must have deleted my working dash after I duplicated it for editing! Grrrr
