Update: Check out the Countdown Timer with Variables custom tile for a great way to accomplish this. You can use the custom tile along with a SharpTools variable and you have a variety of options for resetting or adjusting the timer date (including directly with tap actions on the tile or by using SharpTools Rules).

Not directly, though I’ve heard a similar request at least one other time. I like the idea and the example use case though! I’ve added your feedback to the item that we have in the tracker.
