Just an update that I worked with @nezmo via PM and we narrowed the issue down to a faulty community developed Philips Hue community driver. It was also causing some “Couldn’t get device status” error messages within the SmartThings mobile app when attempting to load the relevant devices.
We pushed an update to workaround the faulty driver and @nezmo verified that devices sync as expected.
