I changed cell phones last week, staying with an Android device. I forgot that any notification I send using Pushover references the Pushover device “name”. So I had to change every rule that used Pushover. A bit tedious, but straightforward.
For next time, or for others to know if they ever do this, is there a way to mass update all my routines to substitute the new Pushover name for the old one? I assume this would have to be done by @josh or one of his people in the background.
The notification targets are configured within each rule. That setting is not something that could be mass-updated.
There may be other approaches that the community is using though, so I’ll leave this open for other community feedback.

If you no longer use your old phone, remove it from Pushover and then set the name of your new phone to the old name.
Interesting method. Hopefully I will remember that for next time. Saves having to go through every routine.
