I initially started using sharp tools via Google login. I then linked a different email address as an experiment. I need to remove that email address and go back to the Google email address. I can’t find anywhere to change the linked email address. Any suggestions?
Can you send a note to support@sharptools.io? We can either unlink the email sign-in or update the email on file.
Keep in mind that if you linked an email sign-in to an existing Google sign-in, both sign-in methods are available side by side.
Thanks. After I posted to the group, I noticed an email was sent to my initial email address saying, basically, click here to rollback the email change. I did that so all is good.
I guess the answer to my question is that there is no way for the user to edit those linked accounts. You must get SharpTools support to do it. Is that correct?
That’s correct. You would need to reach out to support to edit or remove a linked sign-in.
