Thanks for posting! There’s not currently a way to change the battery threshold settings globally or across multiple tiles at the moment. Feel free to create a feature request though!
Edit: There’s also a Mass Edit / Bulk Edit of Tiles feature request that you might want to cast a vote on and perhaps reply to bump the thread.
