I have a device in Smartthings that I had to remove and readd. I reauthorized Smartthings in Sharptools a few times. Since doing this, I cannot add this device to any dashboard and I cannot figure out why. I can use it is rules without issue.
Can you share more details about the device that you aren’t able to add to a dashboard?
It’s a roku tv using the roku driver by taustin. I have 2 other roku tvs that also had to be removed and readded in smarthings but I can add both to dashboards without issue. It’s just this one tv device that I can’t add.
