Can you share more details about your use-case as it seems quite different than what most other people are asking for in the Calendar Color Coding feature request. Most people are looking for a unique color that they would associate with each calendar source.
It sounds like you want some sort of custom rule for determining the color based on content within each calendar entry title.

I could see how adding the option to customize the default color for each Calendar would make sense directly in the Edit/Create screen for each Calendar Resource.
Would you expect that the rules would also be something you would define per calendar source?
Otherwise if it was something defined per Calendar Tile, it seems like that could quickly get complex… and then you would likely also want the ability to re-use those definitions across other Calendar Tiles which could further complicate things.
