Can you use the “Upload Diagnostics” feature within the SharpTools Homey App configuration UI along and send the Diagnostic Key along with the ID of the device you are referring to over to support@sharptools.io via email:

I’m assuming you are referring to seeing a default set of modes in the Thermostat’s “Adjust” screen as pictured below, but if that’s not what you are referring to, can you please share a screenshot of where in SharpTools things aren’t showing up as expected?
