I’m having trouble getting my ecobee thermostat to show up in the list of things available in my ST dashboard. I added the thermostat via the SThings app and linked SThings with my ecobee account. The thermostat shows up in the list of devices in the SThings web page (see attached image). But it doesn’t show up in ST.
I noticed the ecobee (called Main Floor) is shown as not connected to my SThings hub. I’m wondering if that’s why it’s not showing up in the list of ST things. The ecobee is connected to my home wifi network. Does that preclude it from connecting to the hub?
Or is there something else I need to do to get the ecobee to show up in ST? I recall that in the old Classic version of the SThings app I had to specifically expose a SThings device to ST. I don’t see any way to do that in the current SThings app.
Ideas appreciated.
