I think it would be helpful to be able to duplicate already created If_conditions within a rule.
For example I have a lot of rules that have similar conditions and outcomes but tweaked slightly. Being able to just make one if condition and copying the whole block to make slight tweaks would be very helpful.
Could be a good fit using the icon for dragging and turning it into a menu specific for that block maybe?
As someone coming from webCoRE this feature functioned by allowing you to select the block you wanted to copy and then either duplicate it or copy it to paste else where.
