[2022-11-09] Database Issues

I don’t see any rules. there have been some changes it seems behind the scenes, but I’ve lost all my rules. there’s a new funky golden crown symbol at the top of the screen that says “Upgrade”, but I’ve already paid.
Checked my connections in my account, says i have no connections. Way to go.

Same thing, authorized locations and rule engine have disappeared!

I hope there is a recovery option. One minute I’m checking sensors, went out of the app and the next everything is gone… what happened. Why? How?

I’m using Hubitat. I checked the connection there. Everything is good.

Same issue with me,… I’m using smartthings.

I just recreated a dashboard… only to have it disappeared. I’m sure something is up with their servers

Hopefully it’s a server issue. Was this all today?

It looks like Google Cloud, who hosts our managed database, is experiencing some sort of issue at the moment. We are actively escalating it with their support group.

FYI, it looks like it has also deleted our payment info for premium users’ subscriptions. I also do not have any authorized locations listed…

I’m back in, can see my Rules at least.

Things seem to be recovering. Are you able to refresh the page and access your content again?

Everything seems to have recovered! payment, rules, dashboard, and approved locations. Thank you for the support, Josh and team!
