Have you already saved the dashboard? The event subscriptions and refresh of any previously unsubscribed data happens after the dashboard is saved.
If the event subscriptions didn’t get setup as expected, sometimes just doing a full refresh of your browser while viewing the dashboard can help as it kicks off a healtcheck in the background (which sometimes takes a few minutes to run).
