Hi team,
I’m noticing that my Window Shades (in Sharptools) are not picking up the right state from Hubitat. Any advice in tracking down why?
The driver is a custom Axis Shades device v5 from BPT World.
Have you already saved the dashboard? The event subscriptions and refresh of any previously unsubscribed data happens after the dashboard is saved.
If the event subscriptions didn’t get setup as expected, sometimes just doing a full refresh of your browser while viewing the dashboard can help as it kicks off a healtcheck in the background (which sometimes takes a few minutes to run).
If that doesn’t help, feel free to PM @support the Doc ID of the device in question.

Looks like my issue was that my hub was unauthorized. Will keep an eye on it. Thanks!
