This one has me stumped…I had a water sensor trip this morning. After addressing the issue I noticed that the tile status in ST is stuck on “Wet” even though the device in Hubitat shows a status of Dry. i’ve tried reloading the dash but it doesn’t seem to reset. I suppose I could delete the tile and re-add it, but that kinda defeats the purpose. All other tiles seem to function correctly.
Hi @Mark_B, can you verify if the sensor is actually reporting the status to the hub as expected, and the hub is displaying correct value? Wondering if the sensor is actually disconnected and “dry” was just the default value. From the “lastbat” timestamp in your screenshot, I am guessing the last battery check-in was ted at “Friday, April 5, 2019 10:17:18.006 AM GMT” which is more than 24 hours ago.
Well I just tested the sensor again and it reset the tile status, so maybe it wasn’t reporting back. I’m confused, but I’ll keep an eye on it. Thanks for the quick response James!
