Our SMS provider, Twilio, is experiencing a service interruption this morning which may impact delivery of SMS messages through the SharpTools Rule Engine. In the meantime, you may wish to add additional notification delivery channels to your rules (eg. email, Pushbullet, or Pushover) to ensure deliverability of important notifications.
We are closely monitoring the investigation by Twilio and will provide an update here as more details become available.
