Sharptools suddenly stopped working for me after more than two years. When I access the SmartThings app, the sharptools smart app is disabled. When I try to turn it on and go through the steps of selecting devices, I get this error
‘Something went wrong. Please try to install the SmartApp again.’
SmartThings has deprecated groovy smart apps and as a result of that, SharpTools switched over to the next generation SmartThings platform last year - from a quick look at your account, it looks like you completed the migration, so you should be good to go from that perspective!
You can remove the SmartApp from SmartThings If you want as it is no longer used.
I would suggest proceeding through the authorization starting from your SharpTools User Page → Manage Connections as that should refresh the authorization with SmartThings
