Refresh in Dashboard not showing up

Hello.
Has there been a recent issue which has caused Sharptools dashboard not to refresh?
I’m using Hubitat, version 2.1.8.117, and when I issue a command to turn on a switch:
-SharpTools says “command issued”
-In Hubitat, the device status says “on”
-but SharpTools dashboard doesn’t show a glow.

Is there something that I’m missing?

P.S. Using Chrome in Windows 10.
Even refreshing the page in chrome, doesn’t show the “glow”.

Try reauthorizing your Hubitat connection starting from SharpTools.

  1. Open your SharpTools.io User Page
  2. Tap Manage Connections
  3. Tap Hubitat
  4. Follow the authorization prompts
