Light Group from Smartthings

Hi all, is it possible to add or create a group for lights from Smartthings for turning on/off, changing colour etc. Similarly to how we can do with Hue? Thanks.

Hi Declan,

I could not get it done, so instead I created a Virtual switch that triggers an automation that switches on/off, dims, and changes the colour of 6 lightbulbs.

Keep in mind they all dont adjust their settings simultaneously, but one after the other.

A few approaches come to mind:

  • Trigger a SmartThings Automation (Scene)
  • SharpTools Rule - sync a True/False variable with one or more lights
