Forgotten security pin

What would happen if one forgot the pin they created for security tiles? Asking for a friend… ok I’m the friend. Please help

If you are the owner of the dashboard, you can go into the Dashboard Settings and reset the PIN.

Easy enough. I tried that once before and couldn’t get it to change, but it worked now. Thanks!
