The Day of Month tile appears as a calendar showing the month and the day. It’d be great to have the option to show the day of the week under the day. This would display better, in my opinion, than the small text shown in the bottom righthand corner of the Time tile.

In the meantime, you might try the the Date Tile which has a variety of date formats that can be used and has an option for displaying the day of week in the footer.
It doesn’t have quite the same neat style as the Day of Month Tile, but might work for you depending on the style you’re going for.

The new Super Tiles feature resolves this request! Now, just have to figure out the best way to get the date information into Sharptools…any suggestions? Is there an easier way than creating a custom device in Hubitat, with the device attributes specifying the month, date, and day of the week?
Maybe post it as a suggestion in the Super Tiles beta thread. 
I considered having a date / time item in the ‘Others’ section of the Super Tile editor, but I wanted to hear what the community needed first.
