Following a recent update to our email delivery service, a few users reported that community emails are landing in their Spam folder instead of Inbox. Please check your Spam folder and mark emails from SharpTools as not spam.
Each person who marks an email as not spam helps their email provider understand that emails from us are not spam which helps us deliver emails to everyone!
- Open the Spam folder with your email provider
- Search for @sharptools.io to find emails from us
- Click Report not spam for the community emails in your spam folder.
(The option for marking an email as ‘not spam’ may look different in your email client.)
- Add email@example.com to your contacts
